At physi, no two massages are ever the same, every massage is viewed as a treatment session; we are trained to restore the body’s balance and combine a unique range of physiotherapy manual skills with traditional swedish, muscle energy and trigger point release, as well as providing one of the best relaxing massages in the Alps. Massage is well recognised as an effective method of releasing tension in body structures. Our experienced staff will manipulate your body tissues, to alleviate pain, re-align internal structures and restore your well-being. By maximising the body’s biomechanical alignment and capability to work as a unit, a good massage can have unexpected and excellent results for your skiing as well as enhancing recovery and maintaining peace of mind, whether you’re a once a year winter wonder, a dedicated free-rider, an elite athlete or somewhere in between, physi will find a massage that works for you.

We use a wide variety of techniques from physiotherapy and traditional massage schools, and will gradiate our massage from the most relaxing to invigorating to match your requirements.

A few of the more well-known techniques we use include; muscle energy, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, neuro-muscular facilitation, soft and deep tissue release, sports massage, effleurage and petrissage. We do not currently offer acupuncture, cupping, or cranial osteopathy.
